Why buy here

The counter is next to the workshop

01

We fit what we sell

The yard behind the shop rebuilds these winches every winter. Ask which model fits your coachroof and you will get a straight answer.

02

Rope spliced while you wait

Cut to length, whipped and spliced on site at no extra cost. Bring the old halyard in and we will match it.

03

Availability is honest

"In stock" means on the shelf today. "3–5 days" means we order it in and tell you when it lands. Nothing in between.

04

Out of hours for boats in the water

If you are stuck on a mooring on a Sunday, the number on the door reaches someone who can open up.

A chandler splicing rope at a workshop counter

“Came in for a new genoa halyard and left with the old one re-spliced for nothing and an explanation of why the sheave was chewing it. That is the second boat I have kitted out here.”

About this page

Everything above is a demonstration

The business, the listings and the reviews are invented — this page exists to show what someone could put on boatchandler.com. The domain itself is genuinely for sale.

Domain for sale

boatchandler.com is available

You are looking at a demonstration, not a real business. We built it to show what this domain could carry — the company, the stock and the reviews are invented.

  1. 1

    Make an enquiry

Tell us who you are and what you would use it for. It costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.

  2. 2

    Agree a price

We reply with a price or consider your offer. Most conversations are settled within a couple of working days.

  3. 3

    Pay into escrow

Funds go to a licensed third-party escrow agent, never straight to us. They hold the money until the transfer is confirmed.

  4. 4

    Take ownership

We push the authorisation code to your registrar. You control the domain, usually within a week; escrow then releases the funds.

The demonstration site is not part of the sale by default — but if you want it, say so in your enquiry and we will include the source.
